Registration for PSGW Summer Sessions

Registration for 2021 will open as soon as we get word that camp is a go. We are expecting to be able to make a decision sometime in April. In the meantime hang in there and be safe.

NOTE: Due to the cancellation of 2020 camp, those who were registered for 2020 are automatically registered for 2021. There's no need to re-submit a form. Deposit payment will be due on a date we'll announce as soon as we know whether 2021 Camp will be held. Keep your eyes here on the website!

Please pay careful attention to the information and instructions. A deadline date for your registration and deposit check will be determined as soon as we know whether 2021 Camp is a go. Most folks will get into their first choice of week. Sometimes, because the number of folks requesting a week is more than we can accommodate, we hold a lottery for spots in that week. If you do not get in we will put you in your second choice or put you on a waiting list. Most folks who are on the waiting list will get into camp. Everyone will be notified on March 15th or 16th which week they are officially registered for.

If you are requesting a scholarship we must have your completed registration and deposit check before we send out the application form. In most instances we can let you know if we are able to give you financial assistance within a few days of receiving your application.

This year we are asking that you pay your balance due before the start of the first week of camp, by July 24th. If this is a hardship do not worry; your balance is due at camp.

Fill out your information online, or by paper form

You may register for our summer sessions by filling out an online form or printing out, completing, and sending in a paper form. Your registration is not complete until we have received both the form and a check/money order (USD) with your deposit (sorry, no credit card payments are accepted at this time).

Cost of camp and deposit information will be posted as soon as we know 2021 camp is a go.

Send us a check/money order (in US funds only) made out to PSGW. Some banks will send a check directly for you. Check with your bank to see if this is a service they offer.

Registrations will be processed at a date TBD after registration is open. You will be notified by e-mail of your registration status.

Refunds of $100 will be given for cancellations prior to July 4 and of $75 for cancellations between July 4 and two days before the session starts. No refunds will be given after that time. Of course, if we have to refuse your registration at any time (e.g. for lack of space), your entire deposit will be returned.

Just a few rules to keep in mind...

  1. Advance registration is required to attend camp.
  2. No guests or visitors, please.
  3. Puget Sound Guitar Workshop is a camp for adults of all ages but please consult with us by phone or e-mail prior to registering adults under age 18.

If you registered for PSGW 2020, there's is no need to re-register.
